Gift Box Items Replacement

For Gift Boxes, we will replace damaged or defective items if your request for replacement is made within 14 days of receipt. We may require you to provide us with images of the damage.

Please note: Cold Creek Nurseries Returns and Refunds Guarantee is not available for perennials and annuals, or for product damage or loss caused by acts of nature.
